HISTORY:

Our company started in 2003 when my employer decided to close their US operations. Initially we provided general PC support but wanted a niche that wasn't quite as full. Seeing that there were no companies based in Lynchburg providing sales and support for POS systems I decided to start one. Burks Restaurant Technologies was born. As I learned more about the unique needs of the restaurant business I also learned about the solutions available. I settled on being a dealer for freePOS restaurant software in part because of the price but also because of the availability of support. As I have expanded into retail POS solutions I have settled on PCAmericas Cash Register Express for the same reasons. For the smaller operators I decided on Samsung cash registers.

We are determined to provide fast local reliable support to owners of POS systems and cash registers.

PRODUCTS and SERVICES:

We provide sales and service on restaurant and retail POS systems (even those we don't sell) and cash registers.
